Saddlemen seat is a great choice. I have the Roadsofa LS on my 2021 RGS and love it. It does take about 400-500 miles to get just right so enjoy the ride.

Put a saddlemen on my bike and it made a massive difference to stock feel and looks amazing… worth every penny and once I rode 500+ miles it softened up like a good pair of shoes to be even better!

@@CYCLEFANATIX Definitely get one before going to Daytona. Saddlemen makes a security screw system. Also check out Seat Lox. It’s a sleek looking lock with a barrel key. It would really suck to lose that seat.

Definitely some break in time on saddleman seats. But that's most any seat. They look great and great quality. I did the lepera tail whip on my road glide. Gel padded. Similar style. I absolutely love it.

Since you got a fresh coat of paint. I know on my Dyna saddlemen suggested that I put vinyl wrap on my side covers if it touches them. . “It was on the instructions” mine did touch so I put a clear wrap on the side covers. It will take some breakin time. Enjoy bike looks 🔥🔥

yeah, you seemed like you weren't to trilled about the seat when you first got it because it was firm. The sattlenmen looks great too. I personally went with the Lucky Daves because it was a bit more conferable with the same look as the saddlemen.

Great seat John, love it The areas of the seat cover that you say is different is called ”Gripper”. Did you consider the removable lumbar back rest. I have one that is black on black .You have the San Diego Customs SDC Pro Series Performance Gripper Seat with optional colored lattice stitching

Just bought one and rode 300kms today to check it out. Of course they look great on the bike. 2014 Fat Bob. They say it takes some kms (or miles) before it forms to your ass for better comfort. I do hope so! Although not totally uncomfortable, after 300kms and returning home it felt like i had been sitting on a brick! Apparently these seats were designed by riders for riders. Then why the heck didn't they make them a comfortable seat from the get go? Hopefully, after more kms it will more comfortable, or i will be totally pissed!

I’ve rode the Saddlemen Slim LS at my last bike, RKS ‘18. Was perfect and drove 2 weeks in one piece with no pain. But, “break in” period,….thats not happening. The seat stays the same all the time. I drove 6000km with it?! Now i have a cheaper Harley, an FatBob 2014 and ordered a SDC also ( beware these are not waterproof)
