Thanks for the video. My Dell 5510 was 3 yrs old, and the battery could no longer recharge completely. I paid about $70 for 1 yr service extension plan, which alerted me to the battery issues. I knew it was bad, but it prompted me to buy a new one. (I had previously replaced a battery in my Dell Latitude at work. This one was easier.) The new battery from Dell cost $81 + sales tax = $87. I bought a Husky tool with 8 small Torx bits for about $8 at HD. (I didn't need all the other bits like the Ifixit kit.) I let the new battery run down, charged it fully, and used it off & on throughout the day. It lasted about 10 hours before it ran down below 10%.

I'm glad it's helpful! It was lasting about 30 minutes before and now it lasts around 5 hours with normal usage.
