How did u get the brake pedal clivet unskrewd? What tools did u use and how?

There is a jam nut on the end of the clevis and a flat spot on the booster rod. Use a wrench that fits on the booster rod and another wrench to break the jam nut loose. Then you can spin the booster rod out while leaving the clevis attached.

Where in the world did you get the new booster, I cant find them or brake master cyl's anywhere

I believe I got mine from parts geek. That is where it is the cheapest.

what size are the nuts on whats holding the air booster on

What made you replace it?

Mainly trouble shooting why I had no power brakes, but I also wanted to do it because my old one was damaged and rusty. It really made the engine bay look alot nicer aswell. I later found out that I was given the wrong venturi tube that was not allowing any vacuum to the booster. The combination of that and the high overlap camshaft gave me very little vacuum to the booster for it to actually operate.
