Replacing the bulbs in a 1999 to 2006 GM800T HVAC unit

How to replace the illumination bulbs in the HVAC control unit on a GM800T. 1999 to 2006 Silverado, Yukon, Tahoe, Suburban, Avalanche, Escalade, etc. These bulbs are soldered on the PC board. You can buy the bulbs here:
