I have not seen them offered anywhere. You may have to just buy another rubber boot.

Instead of battling with that spiral clip and possibly tearing the boot, I just use the smallest cable tie. Not too tight though.

This was on a W126. Your outer tie rod is very much the same, but your inner tie rod is very much different.
