Thanks LSFT great video. Separate subject; I noticed yesterday that when running the engine on gas in ‘Charge’ mode it runs significantly louder than when running in normal gas mode? Why would this be the case? Thanks again

That is normal. The car is rev-ing the engine more so that it would have enough power to drive in HV mode + the extra power is generated to charge the traction battery. Typically this is better when you are driving on the freeway/highway at high speeds and you will not notice it as much. But when step on the pedal, you will notice the difference.

I bought it from the dealership parts department. But definitely you can search online and could find times where there are discounts to get a better deal. I've personally bought from www.lexuspartsdirect.ca/ for my CT200h.

I'm lazy, always get the rubber replaced in a Lexus dealer in Taiwan when serviced and it was cheap. Now I am in Australia and I wonder if it is available and how much will that cost here.

Hard to say. Don't know where to buy the rubber in Australia. I would assume the price of the rubber insert should be similar. Then it's labor to get it installed. Maybe 15 mins of labour.
