Everything about Hardline is now better than UCI Worldcup DH. The broadcast presentation on this was literally 10 out of 10, and obviously the track and riders are all legendary. Rob and Tahnée are the dream team for DH commentary.

They need a speed indicator and a mini-course map to gauge the riders progress. It's far from perfect, channels like Kilian Bron's lead the way with real time info-graphics

Hardline is now the benchmark for MTB so much more exciting that the World cup, literally the best week watching all the riders come together have fun and show us their flare and style. Gives riders who don't get much airtime at WC'S show us how stylish they are and what else the are capable off, I prefer this so much as well to Rampage as Rampage always feels fixed and to politics driven and corrupt judges. This should be a full race series.

hardline is very diffrent to uci downhill. theres a lot more camaraderie, the new comers learn from the guys who have done it before, the whole week is all about progression, every one pushes each other, theres no bad blood. it is becoming the premier downhill events. as well as great comms team, and red bull tv who 100% gets it.

Watching riders slowly catching up and surpassing Brayton's first run actually made it more fun to watch than if he would've started in the middle of the pack like he probably should've! It's crazy the difference in skill and commitment even between the pros!

Brayton had such a clean top section, was gapping everything to perfection. Unfortunate BK was a bit too intense up there, because he absolutely slaughtered the bottom section, literally made up 3 seconds in a place everyone else was basically riding the same pace.

This was such a great event. I still can't get over Brayton jumping that first section. The presentation, commentators and the riders were all amazing. The drone footage really takes it to another level showing the steepness and risk involved. With the Olympics on the horizon, I really hope this sport is in it one day.

I can’t get over how well the RB team films these races, the footage is absolutely beautiful and really highlights the incredible skill of these riders and their distinct riding styles better than any other MTB race I’ve seen. Add to that the excellent and engaging commentary and no one getting hurt and that’s the perfect recipe for a good time watching a race, imo.
