Hi, your data contradict Professor’s Reiter’s research. He stated that full moon did not effect levels of melatonin based on trials on mice. Plus, Professor Reiter recommended significantly higher dosage of melatonin. Thank you!

Reiter, personaly{as post in a 2019 published article] takes 180mg{yes, one hundred and eighty mg] every night

Very useful information but if we did get our levels checked what is considered the range for saliva of melatonin? In oyher words, what levels in a saliva test are considered low?

Have you investigated if melatonin deficiency is usually caused by an underlying serotonin deficiency or copper overload which might cause over conversion of dopamine to noradrenaline and adrenaline? Or Tryptophan deficiency due to vegan diets possibly causing serotonin deficiency and then mental health problems of anxiety, suicide

Is melatonine use safe by crohn disease?

I'm on high dose. Hi dose can cause tummy upset with Crohns to start, it eased off for me now though. Much better with Melatonin. Hope this helps
