All the hardware except the washers are new, like i said its all about the scales fit the washers space and how tight you can get your bali and still keep it flipping Matters the most

I just got a b+ rep and I have spent 5 hours tuning it. I have new hardware and squid nautilus washers inside. My question is why are my bushings acting like they are undersized(meaning the handle doesn’t swing when fully closed)when there is still a good amount of play and tap in the handles? Are the squid washers too big? Should I try half squid half original? Any advice is appreciated.

I had the same problem. Just sand down the washers a bit with 1500 grid sandpaper. 2nd option: tighten the pivot screws down completely and let the zen pin screws be lose and then move the handles with your hands with a bit of force so the washers get rubbed down. After I did that and after like 4-5 hours of tuning bushings I had no tap and play whatsoever

It is possible yes, but then it's a matter of durability, it won't hold that quality tune for long, especially if you flip regularly
