I sat in silent awe for much of the first 18 minutes. My parents have some decades old privets (some of which they are bothered by in their unruliness)) in their yard that I am now determined to make a project out of! I'll convince them by sharing this video and the one from October. As always Peter, you and your work are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing your talents with us all. Please remember to share this one in the Spring!!!

I've just bought a £2 Lonicera May Green Shrub and turned it into 5 separate plants. My 1st attempt! 3 are wired and 2 are left to thicken (I don't have wire thin enough unfortunately). I am tuning the main one into a cascade. I've been wanting to start bonsai for 30 years, but I didn't know how easy it was until I came across you Peter. All the others I've watched are very "do this/do that", you've made it easy and it was so relaxing. The only problem now is that I have to wait and I don't have room to create loads. I could do this EVERY day. Thank you so much Peter!!

I have a privet bonsai. very special story. former lover give it me as my first bonsai. she said "if it dies i stop visiting" I now have many different trees and cuttings. I kept it alive. My interest in bonsai started when a woman give me a tree as a present saying "if you care about me you learn to keep it alive". Has anyone else ever given a bonsai to a loved one who doesn't keep plants as a kind of test? I think privets are annoying like juniper. I like oaks and Scots pine.

Moss where I live grows in plenty not direct light but indoor it dies I feed the main plants via tank changes is there something I could be doing for moss ? My weed catcher. After 2 liight snow full deep green ! Moss !! I think I answered my own question right there but anyway indoor care on a 12 hour light cycle Moss The pruned big ficus is exploding with small dense leaves. Smaller one at a lesser rate. Spider plant lets not go there so many babies. The Rubber tree also Exploding. with new growth.

17:02- Tree totally resembles the face of a droopy old man. 17:09- Turns tree and you can make it out much more clearly. 18:09- Face all but disappears. 18:11- Opposing profile appears, with a nose looking like it's been broken a few times over the years. (awesome hairdo) 18:17- We see the tree is actual royalty as his crown emerges. I have an overactive imagination. Still pretty neat.
