Started bringing up crane safety to my company and they bounced me off a job site for asking questions. Lowered my hours significantly. Was also threatened by the super. Have a good case now too because i kept good records. Lots of screenshots and i also quit because the last site the foreman was calling me a smart a. The matter really snowballed. I sent 31 screenshots to the union lawyer and i hope i win with arbitration.

It sounds like a challenging situation, and it's great that you’ve kept detailed records. Unfortunately, we don’t represent unionized employees, as these matters must be handled through your union’s grievance and arbitration process.

I agree with Heide Albre it is very educational and very, very helpful. I, however, sent an email to the one listed because I had a question or two to ask and received an email back from the Assistant saying, " We are in Ontario, Canada. Why are you contacting us? "
