one major complaint, and something I hope get's added later, is the lack of a structure to turn Non-Workers into Workers. Turning Non-Workers into Colonists is all well and good, if the Colonists were builders as well. I will say, it's highly suggested you look at the lab center's upgrades. maxing the lab out asap will save you a unbelievable amount of headaches down the line.

Again, this series slaps. A great marrying of Frostpunk and Stellaris. My gut feelings is that adding more cargo ships should be a priority. You could add another dock to Sector 2 (moving batteries up to accomodate) and another in sector 3. Sector 2 focusing on ice etc Sector 3 always getting Iron, Silica etc. Reasons: 1. The times you were completing missions, takes cargo ships offline and affected the iron. 2. Im hoping that you can spend a lot of time in this system, but the first part of this game, you were "penalised" for not moving on. (albeit not that bad but still) 3. The distances and amount of resources available atm just makes me feel like this is the time to grab as much as possible as quickly as you can. And even if its taking a while, ships can be always delivering regardless of where you have moved. (I get balancing power and available workers comes into play) 4. Things are going too well. Keep up the good times. Cheers

You did not check any ware in storage. This is indicated by question mark. If you don't select what is stored in storage, it does not transfer anything to another sector, no matter what is stored there. It will only transfer cargo to another storage in the same sector in this case.

Rejecting crew requests does lead to some negative outcomes regardless of your trust level. I've seen them riot and loot stockpiles. But it's really very minor since I barely noticed a small loss of resources and the riot lasted only 1 cycle. Edit: Ha, I see you got that later in the video. :D

You might want to focus on carbon and get up to 4 mining and at least 9 cargo ships, for one it's compounding interest and there's a LOT out there.

Tough to ramp up to that much, need lots of alloys, power, workers, to handle all the storage

@@WhatDarrenPlays There are a few tricks, and docks are not too too much in res and people. If you have only one sector receiving cargo ships, you'll only need extra storage for what you need elsewhere. If that sector is also industry, you only need to move ice (and peepsickles if you're thawing them elsewhere) Bottom 9 tiles snugly fits 3 docks and 2 smelters - that's 9 cargo ships there, and 20 tiles (21 but road) free space all the way across to fit everything else. 10 is nice because it's 3+3+4 or 6+4 or 7+3 those are good numbers. Leaving you with 1 road and 9 space for up to 4 more docks at the top (of course you need to get the chip factory in somehow) You can't build a dock on the sign

@@WhatDarrenPlays After sleeping on it I guess it's the mindset is what I'm talking about. It's investing for compound interest as opposed to being frugal. If you only add 1 miner and 2 more cargo ships, the end goal will seem a LOT closer. Then you find yourself needing another smelter (which you have the workers for already). Plus carbon also makes power, not just ships. Then you have so much alloy that adding another dock is not even an issue, then with those ships.... you get the picture.

Resource transfer between sectors is ONLY push, not pull. Within sector ingredients are pushed, products/resources are pulled. If you de-select (or select something else in) a stockpile, it just becomes a pile of... stock... that can ONLY be pulled from.

Yep. It confused me when I was trying to set up a storage sector for all my excess ore and alloys. Then it clicked and I gave up on that idea and just had the resources stockpiled in the same sector in which they were produced. It works quite neatly that way.

Loving this series - I'm not sure how you feel about it but I would like a "Hard" mode, where turning down requests or failing quests had a penalty that lasted for 10 or 15 cycles. Now, there seems to be a one time trust penalty that you get back immediately, so no penalty at all. I'd also like a search feature in the tech tree. Keep up the great content!
