zorraal220 like don't get me wrong, my personal knowledge is that 90% of my friends group likes both which is all well and good, but to say that everyone likes those two things is a blatant lie. I've never really been into Rom-Coms, some aren't bad and some are terrible and with Beyonce... I just don't like her music and when I tell some people that, it's like I've committed a crime. Like the fuck? I mean, don't get me wrong. Buzzfeed has a few good videos, but these "36 questions women have for men" and so are are fucking stupid. 90% of the questions are just blatant stereotypical and it annoys me sm.

Periods make us angry. We are in pain, uncomfortable, and our hormones are whacked out. On my period, I have a tendency to cry a lot and feel vulnerable and want people around me. Others get very angry and lash out at everyone. That usually happens to me a week before my period. I become irritable and aggressive and just a grouch. It is hormones. It is natural. And just don't take it as insult.

What? If you say something that might insult someone while you're on your period, it doesn't go away just because you say it was just your period. Own up to your actions, because if you know how you act during that hormonal time and still excuse it when you offend or hurt someone then you need to grow up.
@shayla1065 жыл бұрын
Sam Roberts That’s not what the person was saying. I’m pretty sure they meant the women in buzz feed getting mad about men assuming that women get emotional when on their periods. I get emotional too and no I do not take it out on others. I may feel angry but I do know how to control my responses.
@trekadouble7575 жыл бұрын
My problem is that some men think that whatever anger, sadness, stress, etc a woman feels has no value because of her periods. If I am angry at something for a good reason, and I am on my periods, some men will just think that I am angry because of my periods and will not even try to consider if my anger was justified. It happens with my boyfriend, if I make a justified bad comment about him because I want him to change something about the way he acts and I am on my periods, he tends to just brush it off and consider that I made that comment because of my periods. He is a good man though, it's just that he really believes the cliché that women can't think straight because of their periods. Besides, whenever I am angry or stressed, a lot of men will make a mean comment at some point about me being on my periods. That's tiring, I wish men who do this could take women's feelings more seriously instead of just going to the period excuse.

Questions women have for feminists: Why are you telling me how to act, dress en behave? Why is it okay for a women to have an abortion but not okay for a man to distance himself from an unwanted child? Why do you think you speak for all women? Why have you made a joke out of certain words? (rape feminist, mysogyny etc) Why do you see everything a man does as harassment? Why don't you change your name from feminists to man-haters? Why are you trying to give women who like to be submissive in bed a bad name? Why are you finding problems that are not there? Why don't you understand humor? Why aren't you dealing on the real feminist problems? Why do you think it is okay to harass men?

Men shouldn't be laughed at for not liking certain things because it's not their style or preference, and they certainly shouldn't be laughed at for wanting to wear dresses or skirts. "Just shove the chocolate in their faces and run." Lmao, that's the best plan. I honestly thought it was ridiculous when I was younger that other girls/women would use their period as an excuse to be outright animals, but I didn't have pains as a kid. Now that I've gotten older, I actually threw up this last round because of how badly it hurt. I still think we need to try and ground ourselves so we aren't lashing out cruelly, but being left alone with chocolate as consolation is the best thing to do. A lot of women get really bitchy on their periods because of the pain. Guys have every reason to not want to put up with it. Most of the female population doesn't even want to put up with it. I know I hate being around women on their periods lel.

The part about the sexual assault accusations really had hit a nerve for me. When I was younger (I don't know which age it came out but I was raped as an 8 y/o child by my older brother's ex best friend) and it came out what had happened to me, my older sister would write up a letter after my parents finally gave their youngest son their attention for once because of what had happened, place it in her room and run away from home. In that letter, she wrote that she was running away because she too was raped which later turned out to be a lie. It really threw me into a deep and dark hole and I wish it never came out the way it did...

As a female, I fucking HATE romcoms. Here is why: 1) The humor is too obvious 2) Unrealistic expectations 3)I feel they're dumbed down and in turn it makes women look dumb 4)It makes women look needy and pathetic. There ya go. And don't say "you haven't seen enough"...I had an old friend who show me one almost every time I saw her so I've seen dozens easily. Haven't liked one single romcom. Sorry I like movies and stories to have more depth and substance. I mean if I'm gonna spend 2 hours staring at something I want it to have more...engaging and worthwhile scenarios lmao

laser14344 Okay look....I'm a female and I hate this new wave feminism so much...but umm I've been cat called quite a lot and it's not empowering to me...it's degrading. And all the females I know share the same feelings to me. It's like ...wow I can't walk down the street without being seen as a piece of ass. One example: I was walking home from school one day (in just a pair of normal jeans and a damn sweater btw) and these guys drove by and yelled "hey sugar ass" and I ignored it and then they drove by again a few mins later and slowed down a bunch and one was like "I see that aaaaaaasss" and I ignored it and they were all like giggling and one goes "fine ignore me but I'm just saying!" well it was creepy and made me feel uncomfortable. But the main thing is...I had just found out that day my cousin died so it was like wow I was wrapped up in my thoughts and was interrupted by some horny jerks. Sorry but I have to disagree with anyone who defends catcalling. Just because you're okay with it doesn't mean everyone should be.

I work at a bookstore and two guys were in the humor section reading out loud a book called "Jokes Women Won't Laugh At." They finished reading a joke and it was so funny, I had to laugh. Both men looked up, put the book back on the shelf and said, "Wow....false advertising." I lost a sale, but that joke was funny. I flipped through the book later and found the book very funny. Yeah, there were sexist jokes, but if you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?

One time a thing occured to me... Why was it that the earliest attractions I had to women have shifted to change into what I see as a 'type' that I like today? Why do I not find Jessica Alba at all attractive when I once found her to be so breathtaking. I also suffered from an identity disorder, and I spent the better part of five years deeply confused and depressed. I spent time with myself even still, looking for a notable, definite answer to define who I really was. I had friends who were gay and bi who nudged me in their direction. I gained a special feeling about myself entertaining the idea that there was something special about me, even though deep down I WAS, and I knew it was so. It was were my confidence came. It was instilled in me through my upbringing as well as my devotion to something. To my art. There was another though: My sex drive was a part of me, but I am ME. My movement of my body, the use of my voice, these are what drives women toward me. What women do in those standard, universal terms when they apply their mind to the way they walk, the same way I apply mentality to my own stride, will draw the body others were born with. I spent so much of my life focused on the way I conducted and communicated in my daily life. Enhanced my own identity. One last thought. Men, women, we are made of shapes. We are all shaped a little differently. Designed for ourselves, and yet it is what we do with that when we use our minds that matters. Shapes are only attractive when we apply feeling to them. That's that. The entire process that goes on before that happens behind the mind has to do with other things entirely. You are always in control. You are not a slave to your own impulses and your own desires. Your lack of self-esteem, the way others see you. Trust me the only ones who are capable of speaking on the matters of true self, of destiny ARE the spiritual ones. Those who blast their opinions today...take away natural identity, nagging and wearing down morale...they correct language/create proper pronouns and titles for us all to use...or they break down what is sacred for the sake of being revolutionary...they tell people to completely ignore what I am saying and just ACCEPT! ACCEPT!...when people like me speak up to raise the idea that the human mind and the human spirit must be atested...we instantly run out of the debate... these folks care more about the way they are seen by others more than any selfless devotion to improve the lives of others. We are much more than pronouns. Much more than the clothes, class, priveleges and languages we abide by. We are carpenters, models, patrollers and policers. Entrepreneurs, teachers, drifters, guides, writers and actors. That is the message you will find among theists. Athiests are not IN ANY WAY in the profession of true self and true evident means to live. Choose God. He will show you the love you need and the life you were made to live, and use the most evident 'you' you can, and that's truth.

I wish that a very significant person in my life was like this It's becoming unbearable how I could be yelled at for "being gay" in public over the way my pinky was bent when using utensils, but that it was somehow me who had an attitude when I wanted to go home due to a migraine I had for not eating the entire day I'd think "yeah she was on her period I could just forgive" but then she says the exact same thing to grandma in public a whole week afterward

Well, I agree women are biologically weaker but if a woman is on steroids or simply works out a bunch and is trained in combat, a man like you (no offense) would be out preformed by her in everything. It's really just on skill in some points.
@PrettiestGemini8 жыл бұрын
Yuki Silver I like how you mentioned that if she took steroids or worked out she'd be stronger than a man. That point you made proves that women are naturally (Biologically) weaker than men. A woman who has never worked out in her life or taken steroids would most likely still be weaker than a man the same age who has never worked out or taken steroids in his life. Everyone knows that if someone takes steroids they're going to be stronger than an average person who doesn't. Duh.
@awalkingcontradiction30178 жыл бұрын
Layed and Slayed Jackson I stated that already. But if he went up against a woman trained in martial arts he'd lose. If he was trained in martial arts too she'd probably lose. I'm saying look at a persons skill and what they can do and make a judgement accordingly. Don't just assume all women are weak little things. I can lift weights like a boss unlike most girls in my class so I know you can't judge a book by its cover. Not all women are created equally. In Russia they found that women were better snipers then most of the men and I doubt that requires much physical ability anyway. Just aim and shoot from a semi safe location
@PrettiestGemini8 жыл бұрын
Yuki Silver Yeah you're stating the obvious like who doesn't know that already? That's what I was saying.

Layed and Slayed Jackson I know a lot of people who don't know that actually. So I figured there were a lot of idiots on the internet who didn't know that either. That's all there is to it. (Not like I was hating on Repzion, I love his videos and I'm not supporting the question video either)

When ever I've sat next to a man who had his legs open he's always closed them no matter how uncomfortable it made him, maybe men don't do that in America but over here in Wales men have manners. As a woman I find it sad that I don't want to identify as a feminist because these people have ruined it and tarnished its name and I don't want to be associated with them.
