@@Антон-у4и3е i have had 18 surgeries, I was intubated so long I had to learn to swallow, write, talk, walk all over again. I was a make a wish kid, I got put on opiates at age 12. My first and last boyfriend was a shit heard from the jump, but my mom treated me badly and sold me to grown men, so my childhood wasn’t great. Do this ex of mine knew I was sick, and kept stealing my pain meds. Three years later I was vomiting blood. Asked for a ride to the er. He wouldn’t take me. He then told me he could help with the pain. He had me smoke something off tinfoil. I vomited for hours. I hated it. But my pain was gone. Mental and physical. Weekend turned into all week. I bartended at a strip club and made really goood money, I was a functional member of society. I never stole, I never shot up. I did make my health worse, became addicted to both him and the drug. He told me no one would love me. So I stayed. Abuse, cheating. All of it. I’m seven years sober, a state away and dealing with my health issues through doctors and not putting a vandiade on the issue, by doing drugs. Detox was hard. Leaving him was harder. It almost cost me my life. I’m greatful for my struggles because I know that it could have been worse. I’m smarter, more optimistic happier all around. It didn’t ruin my life, it showed me that I needed to break the cycle in my adopted and biologically related families. I’ve never been to jail, I’ve always had a job. I got sober. Then I died during surgery. I’m always in pain, but It’s a reminder that I’m dealing with life and not smoking it away. Sorry for the life story, but I had to explain, rather than a simple no. Much more complex. O

Originalmente um romance escrito em 1978 por Hubert Selby Jr., Requiem para um sonho foi transformado em filme por Darren Aronofsky em 2000. A história é sobre três amigos e a mãe de um amigo, que durante nove meses (verão, outono , inverno) têm suas vidas destruídas pela dependência de drogas. Tem a sensação de ter caído em um pesadelo muito foda! Qualquer vício é simplesmente a pior droga. Nada melhor do que a realidade para nos lembrar do que é verdadeiramente assustador. É mesmo um réquiem, literalmente uma prece para um sonho que morreu. Depois de assistir não tem volta. Um dos filmes mais fortes - e tristes - que já visto. Realidade crua. Sufocante. Perturbador. Agonizante. Os minutos finais são tão inexplicáveis que é como se você estivesse ali agonizando com cada situação, sendo sufocado junto com cada personagens. Mostra de maneira perceptível como o ser humano chega ao extremo quando almeja algo sem estabelecer limites. Assumir posição fetal junto com todos os personagens. Quão perturbador é viver em um mundo de fantasias e se perder do mundo real?
