Idea re: wastebaskets - since they are plain, with no design elements, they would be ideal flipped upside down to be utilized as product risers. Think decor sellers, florists, upscale indoor flea mkt. etc... Add a cheap LED candle light underneath and they could GLOW, too, which widens the target market to caterers and hospitality folks.

Hey Rabbit love the content! On the box cutters look at an easy cut 2000 or similar. It's a belt clip boxcutter with a cord and a depth control for single or double ply cardboard. They auto retract the blades and are decent quality for the price. I used one when I used to work in the big blue store that happens to sell hyper tough tools and used to have a smiley face mascot

The blue store pallet (second one I unboxed) was amazing. I can’t say whether or not it’s a typical pallet they sell, but I’ll certainly be buying a few more to find out. It was a hit in our warehouse sale!

Sun City Arizona, and yes, that's an actual City, Sun City.. It was all started in the 60's by Del Webb. It was the first active adult community and that man started it. Again. They definitely could've thrown some of the thick cardboard corner protectors on and some scrap cardboard on top. Then wrapped it multiple times. Stacked pallets for years and we always had tons of that stuff laying around to throw on when wrapping.

The videos you did where you bought remaining stock of several stores from liquidators for 1 or 2 cents on the dollar were an eyeopener. This video shows a different tier of the same business - dealing with continuing businesses rather than ones that are closing. From the manifests I looked at, it looks like their prices are more like 10 - 20% of retail, which is a whole different ballpark, but they've already done some sorting and (at least on these pallets) the items are much higher dollar value. If what you got is at all representative of what they normally sell, it looks like their ideal customer is someone who needs a steady flow of reliable quality product at a reasonable price while a lot of your viewers are ebayers looking for cost of goods sold as close to zero as possible. Thanks for showing this - very educational.

Looking at their site, they typically ask 20% of retail. When I eBay, I ask about 80% of retail and between shipping and fees, might be at about 50%. After all the time and warehousing, the margin is nil. I was looking at the truckloads. Not sure on pallets
