I hope what Sam says is true regarding sharing AI models because in reality if you have a Superintelligent entity that can, say, play the stock market or to some degree predict the future, I don't think that will be shared with others. The intent is there now but time will tell how it will unfold in reality.

.Cryptic Sam Altman strikes me as being an elitist who self-identifies with the top 2% of original thinkers as he said. While being dismissive of the 98%. Sam didn't come across as one who is being entirely open in this interview and it left me feeling he isn't entirely trustworthy. Elan Musk is more my kind of guy. He has a beautiful mind. And he cares about the 98%. That characteristic makes him far more trustworthy as a visionary leader.
