We had a single pig on our farm who was raised from a piglet. She was surprisingly intelligent. One day we saw her moving some square hay bales we had stacked next to the corral. At first we couldn't figure out what she was doing because she was pushing and moving some around. She eventually pushed them into a horseshoe pattern so it had three sides and one open side. She then grabbed the tarp that was laying next to the bales and drug the tarp over the arranged bales and created a shelter using the blue tarp for a roof covering. The pig made a small house/shelter out of what was laying around! We couldn't believe how smart and determined she was to build that shelter. She had the run of the place and plenty of shelter but she wanted one of her own..

@@jjradV It's disgraceful, sad, pathetic, but you're asking the wrong person. I'm a vegan ... since '93. About the only thing I wish they'd do is make some sort of vegan KFC, lol. In fact it was those cruel practices of animals that made me quit eating meat, and it was absolutely cold turkey the way I did it. I just by chance was changing the channels and it ended up on a 20/20 show that was reporting on the cruel practices of animals being readied for slaughter. After watching the five minutes or so that I saw I just quit eating meat the next day. Any meat, fish, chicken, "ANY ANIMAL PERIOD!" Not this half assed vegetarian stuff where they're still eating chickens and fish. Anyway, sorry to preach as I actually don't try to convert anyone because I just totally get it, that it must be hard to do. 🥰 Her adding a flowers to decorate her home is so cool and I didn’t know pigs would do that! That’s an obvious sign of consciousness and personal preferences if you ask me! Great footage too! The backscratching got me!
