So true. I have been so anxious and I realize I stopped doing yoga nidra a few months ago and how much it helped me. Going to restart today.

I have experienced the effects of yoga nidra myself. It is amazing.. amazing. In today's world, every person must do yoga nidra 2-3 times a day.

Love you so much Guru maa ur meditation style is very impactful it’s completely changed my complete life just bcoz of ur yod nidra guidance I come out frm my infertility troubles after 4 failures of I V F 😢and 14 complete years of my marriage....Today i am a happier mother of twin babies boys 😊😊 thanks for ur fabulous magical support 🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️🌹🌹😘😘

I follow this philosophy daily. In love this daily I am not around anymore angry family members. I teach Energy medicine yoga and do yoga nidra daily I feel amazing ❤️
