Me too, I hate people for treating any creature badly. It's almost impossible for me to click on this stuff. I know it goes on but it's more than I can deal with. I have to turn the channel when the ASPCA commercials come on.

It really is a crime the way the pharmaceutical industry uses not only humans as guinea pigs, but incarcerates animals to use them for research. If somebody did the same thing to a dog they would rightfully go to prison. But primates? And the vaccines just add major insult to injury, because the vaccines are dangerous, too.

@@raz1980. What else can they do with them? They cannot survive in the wild at this point. They've been locked in small cages and used for medical testing their entire lives. Now that that's done and over with, someone has to take care of them. They will live well here.

This is the least we can do for these guys and places like these are vital for caring and understanding these fantastic animals. However, having studied Chimps; that grin at the end, in addition to slamming the fists on the wood is a statement declaring his intentions and strength. It is not a grin of happiness, rather, just a communication to the others around him.
