Great find on the leather coat! I cannot believe they priced it at$5! I found a suede camel Sherpa lined jacket for $22 and was so excited. I thought Amy could sell this for $200! It was in mint condition. But I took home and looked up comps. It was by St. John’s Bay and there were lots listed for $40. So I returned it for 3 other things to sell. 😂

Nice sales, Amy! I've only gotten 2 flakes of snow so far and none for weeks. I love the cold and snow, so that's a bummer for me. I had one particularly great sale last week. Since I traveled so much for my job before I retired, I had accumulated a lot of travel gear. My #1 sale last week was for a red Tumi duffel/satchel that had a tear I repaired with E6000 (of course, I disclosed) and the buyer was thrilled to receive it. I'm getting better at repairing stuff and is is satisfying when I sell repaired items (with full disclosure and pics).Ah, T-bird! heeheehee

Hello! I’d recommend that you look at it like you do other items you buy for resale. I look for vintage items that would have had a high retail in their day. I also keep up on interior design trends and try to find items that work with those trends. Hope that helps. 😊
