+Huy Nguyen Hi em, theo kinh nghiệm thì nếu hộp mực màu xanh của em đã bơm đầy mực nhưng vẫn báo chưa install màu này thì có thể là do điểm tiếp xúc giữa hộp mực và máy bị nghẹt nên mực không chảy vào được. Em thử lau chùi nha, nếu vẫn không được thì phải ra tiệm sửa vì họ mới có công cụ để vệ sinh cho mình.

cám ơn a...a cho e hỏi 1 cái nữa là hộp mực 12a in trắng đen á...khi e mở ra nạp mực rồi gắn vào lại...in thì bị xám nền toàn bộ tờ giấy ( trước đó vẫn bình thường chỉ hết mực thôi) e thử thay toàn bộ linh kiện trong hộp mực như drum, gạc từ, gạc drum, cây từ và trục cao su, từng cái rồi đến nguyên 1 bộ mới luôn vẫn bị như vậy. còn cách là thay phôi( bên chứa mực mới và bên chứa mực thải khác mới hết trong khi tận dung lại linh kiện cũ của nó. mãi không khắc phục được lỗi này. a biết chỉ e với.

Chào Huy, sr em giờ a mới trả lời đc tin nhắn. Nghe em nói đã thay toàn bộ linh kiện hộp mực rồi mà vẫn ko hết thì a cũng bó tay rồi. Tại anh cũng ko chuyên đâu. Không biết giờ máy in em OK chưa, nếu chưa chắc phải nhờ dịch vụ chuyên hơn kiểm tra cho đúng bệnh em nhé!

Hi Jamal Hussin, i'm not sure about this but you can try: 1. press menu/set *2,8,6,4 2. Press 8 and 0 keys in order 3. Press Black Start several times until the purge or flushing count appears on the LCD 4. Press 2, 7, 8, and 3 keys in this order 5. Press stop /exit 6. press 99 to get out of maintenance mode.
