Out of all the youtubers I watched on dopamine detox, This video seems to by far be the best video. I also watched the 7am Morning Routine video and saw you showering in cold.

In-depth & straight to the point. Your video gave me a boost. I'm glad and thankful to have stumbled upon your video. However, I'm having difficulties in getting enough sleep and falling asleep on time. I would highly appreciate it if you can make a video regarding this matter. It would also be a good content for your channel. Thank you once again.

Mr. Park, would you say that I should quit listening to music as well? Or is it ok to listen while you workout?
@Sommares Жыл бұрын

There was a podcast from Professor Huberman about dopamine, which he explained that layering in multiple sources of dopamine will result in a higher peak and a lower trough. But I think that is the extreme case of layering such as taking pre-workout + coffee + sugar + music, etc. During my dopamine detox, I didn't limit myself to music because I was already quitting the "bad" habbits which was totally sufficient (gaming, smoking, junk food, etc.) At the end of the day, it's very subjective of how strict one would want to proceed their dopamine detox, so I'd say plan according to your current habits & needs! Good luck.

You likely won't see this, but I have a PMO (pornographic/masturbation) addiction. After I am done with a 7 day dopamine detox, will it be easier to continue on with abstaining?
