Although this is way ahead of me I just want to say I admire your work and thank you for sharing this. I started watching in high school and now I'm in college hoping to get into medical school.

Thanks for suggesting such a succinct way to describe the experiences section of ERAS. I am planning on using a similar inspired style for my ERAS app. Due in the next few days here! I remember coming across this video prior to medical school starting and knew I'd refer back to it when I'd be filling out my ERAS. In my opinion, I disagree with one thing though. Specifically, how (@ ~10 min) experiences should be during medical school or have started prior and continued through medical school if they are going to be in ERAS. In my opinion all impactful experiences should be in ERAS, these can also be things that were done before medical school. However, this should be balanced with putting in information that detracts from the overall brand one is trying to show in their ERAS application. Thanks for all of your work on your channel, it was inspirational to me as a premed and helped me as a medical student.

Can we enter activities in experiences that we complete before medical school, but that are related to medicine, such as previous research or volunteering with patients?

Is it recommended to include clinical rotations as work experience or is that redundant as they will have our med school transcript?

the awards and accomplishment section...how much am I supposed to accomplish to be a doctor nowadays? Had I known I was supposed to live multiple lifetimes before being a doctor I would have borrowed some of my cat's nine lives.

One basic question. Can we include our US clinical experience in the application? Or just the LORs are enough to show that we had the experience?

+Ahmed Elkomy LOL well I guess they won't. They can ask you about it during the interview. But I'm sure they are too busy to verify. Up to you on what you write.
