Test done with new environment variable called BOX64_DYNAREC_WEAKBARRIER:
"Use weak memory barriers to reduce the performance impact by STRONGMEM"

Resolution: 720p
How to make re2 work:
Use dx11 version of the game.
Delete ISACEffect.dll, ISACMixer.dll, ISACSink.sll, IZotope.dll, McDSP.dll from the game folder.
Install Gstreamer or Media Foundation. I`m currently using the first option. Note: Winlator Glibc by default has working gstreamer.
