hey if i use dolphin 32 bit it lag or slow?

Probably it will lag. 32 bit can only address 4gb of ram and that's not enough to load all the textures into ram so it will sometimes stutter when it has to load new textures

Please link a .GCM/ROM to use with the emu.

Every US iso will work but i do not link one directly. It's easy to find. There are many safe places to download roms. For example... vimm.net/vault/GameCube cdromance.com/gamecube/
