Bitores Mendez is the leader of the Village region and the final boss of the area in Resident Evil 4 Remake. He is a member of Los Illuminados, and seems to be one of Saddler's more trusted servants.
Strategy to kill Medez
During the first phase of the battle, get to the top floor and aim at Mendez's head. The head has the highest damage multiplier, which allows to kill the boss quickly. Once Mendez loses enough HP, he will fall to the ground. Approach the boss and then use a knife to enter the second phase.
