Mod author here. Nice playthrough. About the pistol exclusive thing, i never said anything of the sort lol. By removing pre-placed weapons in the environements my intention was for the player to use the shop as the new way to acquire weapons. A slight increase in the difficulty curve since now weapons have to be purchased.

Thanks, and thanks for your work on this mod, it was enjoyable to play through. The pistol thing I refer to was trying to get through the first chapter with just the default pistol. Chris ran out of ammo constantly, so I decided to have a set loadout from start to finish.
