Started RE Village on Village of shadows difficulty my first time. It was absolutely brutal, but finished it. Was stuck on every damn boss for hours!! Moreau was a nightmare!

As wacky as RE8 is. Goes to show it's about execution to make something wacky still work out really well. Dino Crisis 3 probably didn't go well because of execution. Wacky can be good, but it has to be delivered well.

3:42:25 Ok at this point your s tier is very much my s tier. I A and B i Would change the most but this is only me. I Would swap code Veronica with re0. Village is like low B for me. I Just dont like it bcs this game is like re7 combat wise but there is so much more fighting. Is like re4 but it has shit combat for me. And i hate mia and ethan. Most loser characters in re series. Re5 i Would transfer to high C. Same with rev1. Bcs rev2 is to me Way better than rev1. I dont like combat in rev1. It feels bad and enemies dont react properly. Re6 is D for me. I hate this call of duty type game. If re5 can be sometimes like too much then Re6 is Just absurd. Just too much pointless samey combat over and over. And that may be controversial but i feel like re3 remake is high B or even low A. Lower than re7 but this game Just feels very bad bcs it comes out after Re2 remake and bcs original re3 is masterpiece. But if not that? Yeah its short but at the same time in separation is very good little title. 100% is better than rev1 for me.

People just complain about re6 for absolutely no reason ... if u loved re4 u gotta love re6 as much ... the only problem was leon not being the chad in the first chapters

No man that's not true at all. Just because they're both action games doesn't mean they're both equally well made. The big difference is that most of the re6 campaigns are terrible. The worst sections of re4 are still generally better than what you're doing in re6. Not to mention the gunplay is way more satisfying in re4 compared to the peashooters of re6, no constant forced walking sections or camera control being taken away, etc.

Re6 is the worst re game probably. Only Leon campaign was like ok and rest of it was trash. For me. Its Just too much in my opinion. Re4 is like survival action horror but still fights are more tactical and the whole game has slower pacing between fights. Re6 is like call of duty but even more and non sensical. Chris campaign is like fight after fight without any thought. Re4 is very precise with enemies. Like i can remember every single encounter bcs they are different and it feels like mini scenarios. Re6 is Just mindless shooting.

Unpopular opinion but RE4 and its remake are the most overrated games in the franchise. RE5 gets shit but it has a better story and plays better than RE4. RE4/RE4Remake is at best mid B Tier

5 is an improvement on the combat mechanics/mercenaries but a huge downgrade on the campaign, atmosphere, boss fights, treasure system, characters, etc. so disagreed
