1:08:20 that was the funniest first hour of a game ever. Mine was like that too. I had no idea what was goin on. Coupled with the weird af movement on console which takes forever to get used to, holding R2 to move, I was fumbling around laughing so much I thought I could never take the game seriously. But once it gets going it really gets going. I'm so glad bawk streamed this because I literally played it for the first time last week completely blind.

Not sure why people are trashing on the bolt thrower. Even in the base game it’s really good. If you’re good at aiming and lining up your targets so even if you miss, the bolt lands somewhere easy to access, you can literally save stacks of ammo. It’s not meant to be a huge damage dealer but it’s great for dealing with the lower tier enemies that would be a waste of ammo or money (Knife durability). And a fully upgraded one with 20 ammo capacity means you can keep a fully loaded one and save so much inventory spots on other ammo and bolts. And you’d save a stack of handgun ammo alone just by using it for shooting down treasures as you still get the bolt back from that. Granted its usefulness decreases after castle but it’s definitely still useable. You can even spam shield enemies feet and try to stagger them. It’s definitely not meant to be a primary weapon but rather a supplementary weapon to be used in specific situations, of which all add up to a long term benefit of less resource expendature.

I’ve played this game and beat it 8 times now and achieved 💯 on my PS5. I loved this remake and feel that it is worth the price. However, unrelated, I liked the game Until Dawn and feel that it was not worth the price they asked for the Remastered version. Also, I liked your hair from the first play through. For some reason I thought you said you were cosplaying Angela. Then later you said Walter Sullivan. My first thought before anything was said was either James or Leon.
