@@MrStath1986 Yeah, the other main-ish characters (well, they are minor compared to "EPIC ALICE") we don't see die on screen are Jill, the Ashford girl, K-Mart, Chris, Ada cosplayer, and Leon cosplayer; Claire is the only one to return for the *grand finale*, but she may as well as be a new throwaway character. Wesker gets retconned to be a minion of "the whole time uber" Director Isaacs because Ian Glein had heightened fame from Game of Thrones, so they make him the primary antagonist of the series to capitalise on secondary fame. Plus the entire outbreak premise of the franchise is changed from an accident caused by a thief and then incompetence, to an intentional *population control* plan that allowed the T-Virus to spread, despite all of the other Umbrella sites seeming like they had no idea.

That or, my preferred headcanon: Alice does exist in the Resident Evil universe, but only the first film was canon. Japan does not and can not have a military other than self-defense and even then the USA handles international threats to Japan (with Japan's self-defense force handling internal threats). You want to know something I like about Jill in the games pre RE5? She was awesome no matter who she teamed up with. She was an equal when standing beside either Chris, Barry or Carlos. Seeing her get sidelined by Alice in these movies is just down right insulting. They literally give her nothing in these movies. I mean she'll gets like a moment or two of screen time when you think Paul W. S. Anderson will throw her a bone... for it to lead nowhere. I see the whole fight scene with her and Alice as an allegory for how she'll be number two as long as Alice is around. Also on a side note, fuck these movies for both killing Carlos and Barry after portraying them wrong! They were two of my favorite characters for crying out loud. I'm salty as fuck dude! Anyway, great reviews Phelous. Sorry you had to suffer through these.

If all the power went off, the mind control manipulating her would also shut off, thus restoring her independence and possibly allowing her to jeopardize Umbrella's plans in any way possible.

Swift Nimblefoot In the games, the device had to continuously inject the virus that was controlling her and granting her enhanced physical abilities. So I'm assuming the device had to be planted outside the body for when ever they have to refill it again. It was normally hidden under her jumpsuit, until Jill opened the top part of her jumpsuit when trying to resist control. But in the Anderson movies, Jill always has it exposed for some dumb reason.

How the fuck does Alice know who Ada is? Sure she has a past of working for the Umbrella Corporation (which she keeps reminding us of at the start of every movie), but from OUR perspective they have only just met, and Wesker never mentioned her in any of the previous movies. So Alice know who she is makes no sense. Adding to that, since Alice shouldn't know her, isn't it random of her to state "I no longer work for Umbrella"? That would be like if you and I met for the first time, not knowing anything about each other, and the first thing I say is "...I no longer work for GameStop". When I have never in the first place told you that I DID, it makes no sense why I would randomly say that I don't as I have no basis for my statement.

Resident Evil: Attack of some Clones in the Holo Dome who aren't only Alices this time...but you know them...don't worry. This references music from the original Resident Evil (1996) video game, particularly 'Second Floor Mansion'. Jensen Ackles was considered for the role of Leon S. Retribution should've had the White Queen return from Extinction to help Alice while Wesker tries to kill her and humanity, and the Final Chapter plot should have been where Retribution ended on, and Alice, the White Queen, Jill, Leon, and Ada fight for survival and try to drive/fly over the White House and than Alice reunites with K-Mart, Chris, Claire, and Barry clone returns with Luther Clone and Rebecca come in to fight, and than in the 3rd Act, Alice cures herself and Wesker with the Anti-virus, and they both die while at the end another cliffhanger ending where the main Resident Evil characters face a new virus with a new villian.

People that enjoy these films are literally MINDLESS over not listening, seeing, or acknowledging the plots themselves threw all the sequels. Literally becomimg Mindless Zombied Enjoying Generic Plothole films with bad sequels. Ya RE Films are brilliant representations of there storys! because its plots can make you a zombie! You know, these are't really reviews anymore. When you have hard-core fans analyzing the plot and pointing out why it doesn't make sense, it's not an opinion. It's a fact. An opinion can be debated. I actually quite like the first RE film and Extinction. But Retribution is soooooo fucking AWFUL, they put in game characters for 'fan service' and didn't even do a good job of fan servicing except making them wear their outfits from the game Oh WOW :O fuck Anderson, man, seriously.
