i wish they'd just keep updating re4r mercs or somethin or just make it a stand alone game. Tbh even Jill and Claire in place of Leon Suit and Ada Dress would have been enough for me

@@yourmamafu to be fair the content compared to RE4 og is about the same. Im sad about water world, and I would like the other RE Engine characters like Claire, Jill, Carlos, Chris, and the Ghost Survivors/Tofu, but I am glad RE4R mercs is what it is

Reading that they made a playable RE5 demo specifically for the 3DS to test the system and develop this game makes me wonder if that demo is still out there somewhere. I'm a huge RE fan and I'd love to play RE5 on the 3DS lol. Seeing the RE4 maps here too make me wish someone would make a 3DS version too

Bro u don’t know how much I’d love to see that too, lately I’ve been playing on my 3ds and wondering why they didn’t release something more for this system since re5 ran so well, even re4 could’ve run as well, they just had to do a little bit of optimization trick just like they did on revelations. I would love to see someone picking up on the project and building a port of re4/5 for the 3ds, I would do that my self but I’m not good at modding😅.

I mean, this is essentially an RE5 demo itself, but I recall people saying it wasn't a proper RE5 demo anyway and rather just using RE5 mechanics and assets for testing which perhaps lead to them making this game while they were at it. Despite some of the RE4 assets, this game is largely RE5 at its core with minor changes here and there

I am one of those many people that seriously wanted a standalone mercs game like mercs 3d but better. plenty of others would too. instead capcom keeps trying to cater to cod kids and whatever trendy pvp thing is going on at the time instead of catering to their own fanbase. They have winning formulas that can be that big replayable game that makes them passive income, but they refuse to use them

Hi, Bawk. Mercs 3D player here since launch day. If anyone said Claire has good melees, they're dead wrong. She's the worst character in the game bar none, and one of the worst ever created. Am a Claire player myself and hold multiple WRs.
