A friend of mine told me about this and I had to confirm, thanks again: however, I have a question: usually cars going straight have the right of way, is there any reason why it’s different at uncontrolled intersections? Thanks

While I did not come up with this rule, I believe it was just to keep the rules the same whether it was a 4 way intersection or a T-intersection

In this jurisdiction you must yield to the right at an uncontrolled intersection.
