Residents protest outside Clermont County Animal Shelter after commissioners vote

Concerned residents rallied outside the Clermont County Commissioners building Saturday, demanding more to be done to improve the conditions of the Clermont County Animal Shelter.

I stand by these women protesting, the animals didn’t ask to be in the situation they are in, they at least deserve to be treated humanely
