Sydney, I did my first workout with you last March, after everything shut down. After that, I realized that you could help me more than any gym membership, and I never went back. I'm in the best shape of my life, and it's comforting (and motivating) to know that, every morning when I get up, you are there to greet me with a new workout, and a positive message. I live to see you dance at the end of each workout...it allows me to start the day with a smile. Thanks for everything you and Dustin do for all of us!

I’m not bragging but I hope I motivate others to push yourself and you will get stronger. I’m in the best physical shape I have ever been in. I’m in tears, I needed to hear this...I’ve just experienced my second miscarriage and honestly don’t know what is motivating me. People say this will make me better at my job (mental health clinicians) but I want to first show up for myself, which means taking a step back and taking a break just to be and live. I’m not sure what’s in store for me, but I’m quitting my high trauma and high stress job. I suppose the thing helping me rn. Is the fact that I know this isn’t the end bc I’ve endured so much tragedy. Beautifully spoken, thank you Sydney for all that you do❤️ I’ve been working out with you for over a year and am grateful to have you as a constant positive source of light in my life

I am so sorry to hear about your recent loss Monica. There is no way to move forward directly into using the pain that you have without having some time for deep reflection and healing and this looks different for everyone. For Dustin and myself, we didn't have a lot of support or experience in navigating such loss and we used our emotions to literally build ourselves up again. Take all the time you need, there is no one way for anyone to grieve. I know in your future you will be very proud that you did this for yourself

Iam honoured to have you as my trainer and as a part of my journey of overcoming, Nietzsche said that life is about overcoming and affirming life and saying yes to life no matter what happened and embrace life with it ups and down because the essence of the world is will to power , to have that will means to find meaning beyond pain and suffering and accept it as a part in life as a essential part to find who we are , we cant gow and thrive in our life with out pain , and what define us not the past but our attitude about what had happened, for me working out was a my way to find my will to power sydenycummings was the one who choose me iam grateful to have you in my life ,we are not victims of our pasts but rather survivors 🙏❤💪

honestly sydney has changed my life so much 🥺❤️ i remeber a few months ago i was in a state of mind were i would just always be disappointed in my self. I would constantly binge eat and at the end of the day i would cry myself to sleep regretting what i did. I felt like i was in a bubble, stuck and lost. I was always mad at myself and i thought that i would never get out. It affected me so much and its sad how I went through that at a young age where i should be happy with no worries. Until one day i decided that enough was enough and i changed my life around. I started eating better and told my self that I can do this. my sister told me about sydney and ever since then I've been so happy and with less insecurities. THANK YOU sydney so much! i don't know what i would do without you!❤️

I remember how fast it seemed like you returned after your accident, and that right there shows how detached I must have been at the time but also that you made it seem so easy that maybe none of us really realized your true struggles. You give so much of yourself and I know it has to be hard work both physically and mentally, but it's also a win win. You help millions of people just like me live healthier lives and to be honest, your workouts and upbeat nature distracted me from difficult mornings in my life so imagine how many people you get through each day just being yourself! I totally cried watching this Sydney. I’m such a softy. Lol. I used to be a self proclaimed couch potato, but in Jan of 2020 I decided to make a change. I was 5ft 2 in and 195 pounds. I found some free workouts on KZbin but around May of 2020 I found you. I had never done weight training before but it has honestly made a huge difference in terms of sticking to my fitness goals this time around. I’ve lost almost 30 pounds since May to now for a total of 55 pounds since Jan. I suffered a stroke at 36 on November 3. Yup Election Day. I did not loose my mobility on my Left side thanks to my husbands quick thinking and a drug called TPA. I really credit you Sydney with taking care of me before and after my stroke. Had I not been training with you already. I really don’t think I would have been as successful in my recovery. I was a 4 vs 5 (left vs right) after my stroke. I just had a follow up and I’m back at 5 and 5 on both sides according to my PCP. Words will never be able to express my immense gratitude. You really did change my life. Thanks you Sydney.

So, I happened upon Sydney not quite a year ago yet when I was looking for an upper body workout with weights. I found the one where you progressively increase the number of reps over 90 seconds. It was a while yet before I looked at her other workouts. What I loved though from that first video that I saw was how positive she was, and also how she was just as exhausted as me (albeit her weights were definitely heavier than mine). It comes across so well that she does relate to us. Even in her workouts, I don't know how she knows cos she can't see us, but when I feel like this is too hard, she will say something relating to how I am feeling in that moment, and it's not a fluke, or one off, it's nearly every time. Or even a comment about form just as I realise my bum is creeping up in a plank. Sydney knows what we go through cos she goes through it too. Hearing about her brother was emotional, I don't know how she got through that without crying. I am inspired by Sydney. I was resilient before I found her, I don't know if I have the same attitude or positivity that she has, but I admire it in her also. And I want to thank her because her workouts are free and I have been doing them consistently since May 2020. I have increased my weights, and actually do now need to increase again. Since doing her workouts (along with a few others -Joe Wicks, Fitness Blender, Pahla B and Kat Francois) and also watching what I eat, I have lost 3.7 stone. My Mum passed away in February of last year and for a long time I was not eating healthy and drinking alcohol while not everyday, more often than I should or usually did, and even before that it was too much anyway. My brother started exercising and we would just share workouts with each other or meal planning ideas too. I honestly hated waking up after Mum passed away. I dreaded living in a world without her and would have happily died myself just to be with her. But, like Sydney, something in me didn't give up and you do have to keep on keeping on. You have to survive in order to thrive!

You’re amazing, Sydney! I’ve been training with you since 2018. I was pregnant and needed to stay fit and feel strong. You were always there for me, making me feel stronger, happpier and always motivated me to never give up. All while, I had no idea you were going through all this. Since then, I can’t stop coming to your page everyday! IVe worked out with you with family and friends. Your workouts are fun, tough, motivational, inspirational, dynamic and so diverse. Thank you and Dustin for always coming back and for never giving up on us. We love you and appreciate you ❤️ So much love all the way from Qatar ❤️

I've been with Sydney since her accident (doing her routines) and just like I've seen her struggle she's been there for mine! Thank you, Sydney for being such a strong person and inspiring millions to never give up and always be the better versions of themselves

I often wonder if Sydney can see me, most of the talks at the end seem to be about how I’m feeling and always makes me stop And assess sorry don’t always carry the message through the day but I try my best thank you for your words of wisdom and for being you I just don’t think you realise just how many people you help every single day we love you for what you do 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Your speech made me cry even though I heard about your brother's story many times now. I feel I'm a different person now ever since I train with you mid of last year, I'm a stronger person mentally and physically. I can't thank you enough for the workouts every single day. I truly look forward to it first thing in the morning and crush the workout with you! Thank you!

You did such a great job sharing your story and being personally transparent with us Sydney. I am so sorry for the tragedies in your life. Such a heartache to lose your brother and a terrible trauma to be shot!! I am very proud of you how you used your pain to do good in this world. Your positivity motivates us all and is such an inspiration. Without a doubt personal pain can make us more empathetic and caring human beings. We always have an opportunity to build and grow our character through difficulties. Thank you again for your helpful daily workouts and inspirational comments. Your smile and positivity keeps me coming back to you. Your routines outshine my workouts at the gym by a long shot. I found you on KZbin in the middle of lockdown and I am so happy to have you as my trainer. I no longer need the gym with my setup at home. Keep up the awesome work!
