Dear Caroline, I apologize for the things I said to you during this workout. It was all out of love 🤣🥴 Holy crap. This was by far my least/most favorite leg day. It was hard but that anxious feeling before you begin doesn’t come close to the rewarding and badassery you feel when you finish! Congrats to all who attempted this. It was NOT easy 👍🏻👌🏻

I truly struggled on this, got through a bit fewer reps than usual, took longer rests, and felt wobbly in a way I haven't felt since Epic I when I was just learning lunges. I won't lie and say I loved this torture, but I'm impressed at Caroline for putting out this workout and myself for willingly doing it! I persevered by thinking of how much strength and determination a session like this gives after you've made it through.

That was absolutely killer! I could barely get up off the ground on those dead stop lunges while holding the weights. This was probably the toughest leg workout we've done in the entire year + that I've been working out with Caroline!

I don't think I've ever left a Caroline workout feeling like I haven't worked my butt off. To those starting out, don't give up. It might take you longer to finish but if you keep at it your body will be transformed to a better, fitter, healthier version. It will be worth it, trust

That was one of the toughest leg workouts done with queen Caroline. AVG heart rate 150 MAX heart rate 180 10 KG weights I really enjoyed it and now i feel my legs like jello :P Thank you Caroline

Don’t you all think that complexes divide us into two groups...those that love them and those that don’t enjoy them so much! I’m definitely in the first group and I’m so much looking forward to this! I did this workout on my period! Before following your workouts, I wouldn't even move on my period forget working out! I couldn't keep up for sure, I did lesser reps but my goal was to finish the workout at my own pace and I'm happy I was able to do that. I love these complexes so much! Leg days are my absolutely favourite. ❤️❤️

The dead stop lunges. I had 20lbs in each hand and it hit me I was in way over my head…. Or was I? Adjusted weights and kept going. This is my first ever program with Carolyn and she is Tough Love. The smiles and thumbs up and head shakes when she pauses…. she is so very connecting and inspiring. I can’t wait for her pre-workout guidance. I love complexs but for me that was THE toughest leg workouts so far from Caroline. I dropped from 10kg to 8kg. Dropped to one 8kg for some lunge/Bulgarian lunch work before my knees give way. Legs were shaking, sweat dripping and I had to keep telling myself, "just one more", "keep pushing". And I got through it. 💪👊🏽 Great job Caroline 👍 super challenging. I feel amazing 🙌

I went with 12kg dumbbells. So each time I have lighter weights than Caroline it motivates to keep me going "come on, look at Caro with her heavier weights, you should hit each rep even harder". I did it yesterday, and today I have good soreness in my glutes: love it!

Just got done with this workout..I must say this is if not one of the most hardest, challenging workout that I have ever done with our trainer CG. Thank you for challenging me. I legs feel like jello at the moment, still shaking but will get through it. With a trainer like CG we can accomplish any workout. Sweaty and fiery 🔥 Those BW lunges after the deadstops😲😲😲 Caroline's workouts are like life lessons....LIFE IS ALL ABOUT GROWTH AND EVOLUTION...WE EVOLVE WITH HER WORKOUTS AS WELL ...it's always a challenge...how you outgrow your own self. I want to share that I also love when especially during upper body workouts or lowering of dumbbells she says that control on your way down, most of the work is done then only....life is about that too...the better you control while going down...the stronger and wiser you get back up... 👍👍👍 So basically Caroline is a great teacher....for me, both physically and mentally. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Let's make our lower body thank us by smashing this gem 👍👏

I love that resilient is part of the title. This was a powerful chance to prove to myself just how resilient I actually am. I was shaking and sore by the end of every set. Yet I reset and started again, over and over and I finished. . Caroline was right, I feel so accomplished.

Guys yesterday I did the Epic I day 7 leg day and believe me it wasn't easier it was death by lunges. No matter what program Caroline does, when she says is gonna be tough, believe me it will be. I did the Epic Heat, add-ons and all the programs before Epic III and many others. Did Epic Beginner and doing now the Epic I and is never easier, it is always challenging and that's what impress me. She's so creative with her workouts, she knows exactly what she's doing. She's an amazing person and a genius coach, can't be more thankful for everything she's doing for us ❤️

Idk what it was today but I lost steam very early and could only do two sets per complex🥵 however i gave those two sets my VERY BEST and I’m completely wiped out even though I rested quite a bit during this workout. If anybody else was feeling the same way I’m with you and we’ll do better next time!

BARELY MADE IT WITH 10 KG. Total anihilation seems like an accurate description. Is this the toughest one yet? I had to stop twice and that has not happened for a while, and I was using 10 KG. I loved it, extremely challenging. Bulgarians were killers. The thought, the effort you put into this workouts Caroline, my goodness we thank you so much. This one was amazing it, still catching my breath here and yes, definitely grip and forearms are improving!

Bulgarian lunges will try to scare you but it's just important to take it very slow with no weight so you don't hurt yourself if you lose your balance 😉 I'm scared of my quads burning 🔥 😳

Definitely gonna echo what so many have said -- this is one of the most challenging leg workouts I've done with Caroline so far! Those curtsy-lunge complexes & the squat rocks had me nearly in tears! Feeling so accomplished. Been having a really rough few days and this was just what I needed to clear some of the clutter in my mind. Eternally grateful for the impact you've had on our lives, Caroline! ❤️

Came back to this on a day I really wanted a challenge and I was not disappointed! My heart rate was sky high for the majority of this workout -- as challenging mentally as physically! I've definitely got the leg shakes going on. Awesome!

I just finished and I’m dead ☠️☠️🔥🥵🔥🥵 of all the workouts I’ve done so far, that was the most challenging leg day ever. My mind wanted to quit but I kept telling myself imagine the beautiful legs you’ll get as a reward. I dropped my weights to 16lbs and still it was tough. My quads were shaking.

Oh Caroline, I'm so glad you can't hear me because the way I was screaming and cursing your name during this one, well you'd probably slap me😭 this was so hard and I'm pretty sure I started crying during those elevated lunges LOL but I finished the whole thing and I'm so proud!! I can barely walk now but worth it!!

This was such a humbling workout 😅 i havent struggled that much since epic 1 day 1! I felt so discouraged when i would have to take a break halfway through the reps of an exercise, but i gave it my best! Good job everyone 💜

Oh this was a tough workout, so don't be hard on yourself. I've done all the other EPICS and I also paused a lot to catch my breath. Great job fighting through and finishing.

WOW I could have filled a bucket with the amount of sweat that came out. I’ve been working out regularly for about a year and I rarely drip sweat. This was the most challenging leg workout I have ever done, but I am so proud to say I did it and feel absolutely AMAZING 😍 I love what you do Caroline

Well that was about the hardest leg day I have experienced! Is it just me? Those dead stop lunges were so challenging! I feel very accomplished and strong having done this one - even though my legs are still shacking! Thanks CG for continuing to push s!

Thank goodness I’ve read the comments and I’m not on my own with how difficult this workout was. I used 15kg weights and yes it was a struggle. The add on was almost impossible as my quads were like jelly. Loved it all. Caroline never fails to challenge us

Ok you definitely nailed this one! I have done every workout you have on KZbin and this by FAR was the most challenging! The static lunges were pretty tough and then the Bulgarian lunges to rdl was crazy!!! Did not do the add on wall sit and opted for a 7 mile walk to stretch everything out! So glad tomorrow is upper body!!!

Feeling the burn today. I really appreciate that calf exercises are incorporated in today's workout. I felt that your previous epic programs neglected the calves. Please continue to throw in some calf exercises more often!! Thank you Caroline.

Without a doubt the sweatiest session of Epic III so far for me. Regretted not taking the extra couple of minutes to put my contacts in. My glasses were sliding down my nose 😂 Alright on a one dumbell move, but when it's 2 dumbells they have to stay there. Thanks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing!!! It’s crazy bc not even a few months ago I couldn’t hold my 33 lbs weights for more then 10 seconds and now I’m over here doing this workout with them. You have changed my life!

🔥🔥🔥Burn baby burn!!🔥🔥🔥 That was amazing and HARD. I really had to dig deep. Loved it..and loved it even more when I was done!!🤣 Total leg annihilation is right!🥵 My legs were quivering by the end and for some time afterwards! Great choices of exercises. Loved the deadstop lunges, calf raise/toe raise squats, quad focused Bulgarian/RDL (my favorite today!!), 1 1/2 heel elevated squats/ 1/2 heel elevated squats🔥!! And that finisher was over the top😳🥴. Took everything I had to hold on. Im going to be so sore tomorrow..but it was worth it!😆 And I earned it!😉 Thanks so much Caroline! 👊🏻🌟 See you all tomorrow!

Had a whole mental breakdown while I was doing my Bulgarian lunges because of how mentally exhausted I was feeling but still completed the workout bc of the heart CG gave me at the beginning of this week. Day 7 done. Thanks CG

Actually this is my first time joining a workout challenge, and i am super glad i started right with caroline❤️ i love her workout and surprisingly i wakeup every day excited to see workout of the day! that i even waited for a video to come out on rest day😂 glad i checked the calendar haha! I love the way she put the full workout in one video, so i don't have to always check which is next in challenge (which i struggled with other workout challenges on KZbin) anyway, its week two and i already see results on my shoulder and thighs 😍 wow wow i feel so happy! thank you for this free workout caroline we love u! ❤️

Toes lunges and finisher “Waaaaooooo” The colours on the timer & the starting song ❤️ them, it just gave me more energy to start and of course I like all the music, nice surprise and funny to hear the numbers is Spanish, I’m always counting have & have 😄 …..Thank you very much Caroline !!!! Honestly haven't felt my quads and hami's burn like this since Epic heat... though I think the fact that we are now in spring in 🇿🇦 is contributing to the burn haha. Keep the complexes coming Caroline

This workout is no joke! Seriously. I took my heavier dumbbells today and I was literally out of breath a few times even if it is not typical high intensity workout. I really did my best and my legs were shaking, but even though I enjoyed a lot! And I am impressed how perfectly everything is always planned. It is wonderful to have such an amazing and dedicated coach like you Caroline! THANK YOU for your work and all those amazing workouts! ❤

THIS.WAS.HARD! 🥵😥 After a month rest I managed to do D1 of Epic III last week but returned full on to workouts today! I did struggle! Maybe I had to start with epic beginners, after such a long break, not sure, but honestly at 69% I was totally done! And I’m normally a huge fan of leg days. Used my 10kgs and my body was crying with every single pore!💦 Glad to be back tho, looking forward to catching up and completing my 4th Epic program with our Epic lady Caroline 💕

OMG! This was one if the hardest lower body workout I've ever done! My legs are still shaking and I got dizzy!! I was planning to go for a 5k run and then workout right after. I'm glad I didn't do that lol. P.S it was fun though 🙃! Great job everyone! 👏

You’re brilliant Caroline! This one was so demanding. I must say it took me longer to finish and I had to drop to a lower weight on a few workouts but the feeling of accomplishment afterwards you just can’t beat! Thanks Caroline!

A killer workout, and as many have already said, one of the hardest so far; I personally struggled with the elevated deadstop lunges which I find in general very challenging probably because the is no way to go around it or cheat, either you use your quadriceps muscle or you skip it altogether ( i should have probably reduced the weight - I used overall 9+9 kg - but the was no much time so I pushed myself)… well done everyone!

For me, this workout beats Epic 2 Day 2 ever so slightly. Maybe because this was a 3-minute complex. Or, maybe because all the calf work involved made it that little bit harder. Caroline, you truly are outperforming yourself with every new workout of yours :) Even though I was off working out with dumbbells for about 10-12 weeks, the strength that I must have gained the past one year of working out with you has made it relatively easy to get back to Epic mode.

Calling these workouts pro level workouts is an understatement. My mind , body, and soul are tested and strengthened. This was PURE FIRE 🔥!!! I am so overjoyed that no matter how many workouts I do with Caroline I am still progressively tested more and more! AMAZING!
