what is the purpose of the liquid latex on the back of the coasters? Does it help keep them from sliding off the cups. Do you recommend wearing a mask when working with resin? Love your coasters!

Hi, Nadia says she always wears a respirator mask. She puts liquid latex on the back of the coasters so when she applies a top coat it doesn’t drip on the opposite side of the coaster. It dries up and it turns into rubbery texture. It saves a lot of clean up. I’ve learnt so much from Nadia and her Mum. Their work is soooooooo beautiful.

It is explained as she applies the latex to the back. You can use pva glue too for same protection of the bottom of the coaster 🙏
