It is not entirely clear from the video - the composition of the sandwich is as follows: carbon-flax-foam layer - flax - carbon? Only 5 layers?

Two quasi-isotropic face sheets, a layer of flax on top as preotection and a PVC core. The exact composition isn't that relevant, as it depends on the needs of application. No high count of layers are needed, as using thickness at low total weight is the basic idea of sandwiches.

@André Chavarría Hello, se are having issues with the flow of the resine below the fiber, between the mold and the carbon fiber. The resine won't flow through all the Surface. So my fiber is not moist completely. We are not having problems with the vacuum, the resine is well diluted. We are using peelply and a mesh.

Infusion of AIREX on both sides in one shot is challenging. You do not have control over what is happening on the bottom side. You need to use flow media on both sides. If the bottom layers are still not properly wetted, Increase the number of flow channels and pin holes. Also, try infusing somewhat slower to give the bottom side more time to wetten before the top side finishes and you close the line. The bottom flow media should have direct contact to the feed line. If you are infusing the bottom side without an own flow media, i.e. directly on a mold, then many channels and pin holes are needed. Roughly every 10 to 15 mm (half an inch) there should be a pin hole connecting both sides. However, this will make the sandwich heavy...
