On the second one, when you added the seashells, does the UV light cure the resin under then seashells, or do you have to turn it over and cure it from the back as well as the front?

add clear uv resin under the seashells and then cure.

it's a special clear tape for UV resin. You can find it on Amazon or use masking tape instead.

drop the clear uv resin on the white color resin. You can use dot tools or regular metal tools will do the job.
