My girl has a flat peach shape 1 and it's really cute. Can't wait to.be fit and ripped. She-hulk in the making without steroids, lol or protein powder. If you use protein powder hit up the vegan 1 and put it in the blender for better results as that really mixes it than the traditional spoon in water. I heard it's delicious and of course it helps but really delicious.

@@edymarirzatorres7571 You wont notice a difference after 1 week, no matter what you do (unless you have a lot of weight to lose but even then not majorly). To notice a difference in thighs and glutes it would take this (starting with cardio first to warm up, walking/running etc) at about 3-4 days out of the week for atleast 30 minutes. This soley alone wont do much unless you are eating a lot of protein and the right things, try cutting down on carbs (dont cut out completely) and youll notice a diffference within the 4-6 week bracket (some people 6-8 weeks). If you start if with these and then pair them with weights, that is how you build the muscle, using bands alone will tone but wont build muscle much, hope this helps.

I,ve been training since 1984,i did a couple bodybuilding contests. Millions of squats/frontsquats /legpresses etc etc. Because of Corona i can,t get to the gym. No equipment at home,only elastics and these kinds of bands. This workout is a serious leg killer! My legs are still sore after a couple days. Thanx for sharing!

i’ve done just this everyday for a week and i’m seeing such good results my bum looks so good i love this routine sm i think i’m gonna start holding weights with certain sets cause this routine is getting easier!! 2 Week Update: i love this!! i’m really seeing noticeable results and even my friends and coworkers agree! I wish i was seeing more results in the side booty but when quarantine is over i’m gonna combine this with lifting. Honestly my hardest resistance band got too easy for me so i’ve stacked two resistance bands on top of each other and it’s made a HUGE difference. My bands don’t ride up either

My favourite Glute workout/warm up on KZbin. Doing it regularly has made me stronger and interestingly also eliminated all lower back pain. I do it twice, back to back with a heavy resistance band for a really full on workout. Just did that and yes, feeling the burrrrn and the PUMP! Now smashed 😁🎯🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just dropping a THANK YOU for making great videos like this. This one is one of my faves. For a harder workout, I do it twice with a hard band. It bites deeply. Strong, activated gutes are incredibly valuable for just about everything we do and help protect your back, knees, ++. A note for the other guys out there - Chickas dig a good butt on a bloke just as much as we do on them. Get at it. It pays off 😉

If you really want to grow your butt, I'd recommend lifting heavy weights (or if you can't do that start with bodyweight to get your form right). Things like squats, deadlifts and hip thrusts (WITH weights) will give you the best results. In this video, it's just glute activation, which gets them warmed up before lifting and will help to give you better results. I'm starting to get more into lifting and I've noticed such a difference.

Hi, I had the same question 😂 but at the end of the video she says that it can be done as a workout at home but you need to repeat the sets or to do the exercises once for glute activation before the heavy weights... hope that helps 😁
