Let’s talk about a banded hammer curl! Have you ever done a hammer curl with resistance band before?! The resistance band hammer curl is a great way to train your biceps effectively as you can anchor your band to create multiple variations.
In this video I’m going to show you two of my favorite band hammer curl variations. The first hammer curl resistance band variation is going to utilize one band and will offer a similar feel to a rope hammer curl or a low cable hammer curl that you may have done on a cable machine. The second hammer curl variation I’ll walk through is a cross body single arm hammer curl or a pinwheel curl.
I’ll give you all my best form and technique for both standing bicep hammer curl exercises! Be sure to keep watching for the crossbody hammer curl form queues as those will be extremely helpful in making sure your biceps get the most benefit out of each rep!

i anchored to my 3 tier dumbbell rack and it pulled the rack over, need to find a plan B - is there a tower you can recommend

I am like short like 5 feet 6 but wondering how to adusting my position doing this exercise

For the first exercise, I would grip lower on the band if you need more resistance. For the second exercise, I would step further away from the anchor point if you need more resistance.

CF do realistically think it's feasible that a person could put on muscle mass with only body weight and 300 lb of Loop resistance bands and a bar🤔🤔🤔

yes it's possible. bodybuilding principles apply. our bodies only know tension. just put in the work. keep it simple and stay patient as well as eat right.

I put on lots of muscle doing a Leavenworth calisthenics routine everyday for years without weights except some magazines in a pillow case and tuna fish and peanut butter for protein, I wish I'd of had some bands!

or you can wrap around foot or use a thicker band. 2nd exercise not worth the effort to set up.
