The seated shoulder press is the best exercise for the shoulders!! I feel it more than the standing version. Using the pro bar seated down is also excellent!

As always very informative! Thank you for this. Can you also show some band techniques for the most commonly neglected part of the shoulders...the rotator cuff. Tear one and see how hard it is to get strong again. I include the rotator cuff exercise in my shoulder/chest routine. KEEP ON ROCKING Brandon!

Why do you criss cross bands on first exercise?

I criss cross the bands because it is important to have significant tension at the bottom of the rep.

Yes you can. Just remember to keep an eye on your bands over time to make sure that your shoes or the floor doesn't damage your bands!
