Whats a good reps x sets to start with? 12 to 15 reps x 3?

Yeah we recommend at least 15 reps as resistance bands aren't as intense as free weights. However, if your technique starts to deteriorate you can decrease the reps to 12 or even 10

The aim would be to build up to 3-4 sets of each exercise. How do you find the exercises?
