i agree, but most of the old ranch has already been absorbed by the housing area. plus, if its what he says it is, they are dang sure going to take care of the land and lake.

Luxery Apartments? Built only of wood? A Catastrophy waiting to happen, Luxery only for the builder he makes tons of money on that. Wait for the next hurricane after that there is nothing but firewood left. This kind of building should be against the law! The ground is poluted from years and years of fertilisation and weed controle.

I see your point, but there are thousands of homes in this county that are wood construction and have withstood the most serious hurricanes this coast has ever seen.
