‘Ask yourself…’ was made to encourage everyone at Deloitte to think about their personal responsibility to treat people with respect.

Absolutely wonderful. Makes me cry. However, I found the bit at approx 1 minute about the Indian man in casual clothes who then dressed in business clothes confusing - what is the message there? But fabulous. Needed even more emphasis on being hurt inside.
