Downtown Houston was a skatepark in the 80's, kids will never know how rad it got.

This is so sick, I grew up on watonga skating this place back in 2007 as a little kid, now im almost 20 and got back into skating around a year ago. This ditch will show you who's boss any day of the week. such a good job on this film.

I went to school right around the corner from EZ-7. We used to cut class and skate there back in the 70's. I haven't been there since 1979... they sure have tricked the place out! Glad to see they keep the tradition going!

Fucking love this!!!! I've been making the pilmagrage to ez7 since 1985, and hold the spot and crew in the highest regard.

I been skating ez since i was 12 man, iv fucking lived in a tent in the woods for a year here just to do it, this place will always be my home away from home, my daughter will come here soon and know the feeling too. Iv always called this place sanctuary bc alot of people who mean alot to me i have met here bc they were escaping bad home situations, sometimes shit happens and u run from home and this is where alot of people land, i love it bc everyone accepts everyone here, there is no politics no drama just people loving on other people and just vibing and letting the bs of the world dissolve.

I havent been back in years. Used to go there several times a week. And definitely every weekend. Before any modifications to the ditch. The sessions on just a normal weekend were just as special as the Turkey Jam or Beer Jam. Random people would show up and blow your mind. My daughter was 4 and dropping in from the channel. Some kids just learning thought, "Oh, this little girl is doing it, must be easy" dropped in and ate concrete. Respect the ditch.

great piece! so much history learned about EZ-7! I always have a good time at the ditch. hope turkey jam is still on this year 2020.

The EZ-7 got its name because it is shaped like a seven. The drop in for the killer as it used to be known is the top part of the seven and the rest is the bottom part of the seven.
