After many years of training in and teaching the art of Tang Soo Do, I have come to a point in my life I thought would never arrive. After injuries and surgeries, my knees no longer allow me to continue training in the hard martial arts styles, which includes Tang Soo Do.
Being that I created this channel and the Warrior In You to teach the art of Tang Soo Do online, I will be changing the focus of the content going forward. I have tried to produce courses and content related to Tang Soo Do, but it is making my knees worse.
For this reason, I am hanging up my Tang Soo Do uniform for good and will be focusing on the art of Yang Tai Chi and getting as fit and healthy as I possibly can. I will still post martial arts videos, but they will be for health and document my Tai Chi and self-defense journey.
