After selecting the edge of the ribbon, press CTRL + J to make a copy of it (or right-click inside the selection then choose"layer via copy"). Then use the move tool to move the ribbon.

​@@greenandblue2537 using the move tool select the layer and drag it and stop for a second without releasing your click on the tab, once the tab opens drop it there. or just copy & Paste: -CTRL+A the layer then CTRL+C (copy) -open the tab then CTRL+V (paste)
