A simple and delicious garlic chilli chicken recipe packed with flavour. Made with chicken breast peices, onions, tomatoes, and an aromatic garlicky curry sauce. A perfect weeknight meal the whole family can enjoy.

The Bhunning process: • Curry SECRETS Revealed...
My homemade garam masala: • Homemade Garam Masala ...
INGREDIENTS:
500g chicken breast
350g onion finely chopped
350g tomatoes roughly chopped
1/3 cup of oil
30g of fresh garlic cloves finely sliced
1 heaped tablespoon each of grated ginger and garlic
4 green chilies sliced lengthways all the way up
Spices as follows:
1.5 teaspoons of salt and coriander powder
2 teaspoons of deggi mirch
1 teaspoon of regular chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
5 dried Kashmiri chilies
1 black cardamom and 3 green cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick and 2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of garam masala
Fresh coriander to garnish
Water in a jug to use as when needed.

Honestly, i’m a middle aged man who has been cooking curries for years. I’ve had lessons with chefs in restaurants, I’ve been to college to learn more. In all the years I’ve been trying to learn how to cook Pakistani and Indian food no-one has ever taught me the bhunning process.
