This vegetable soup has been in my family for a really long time and it is unarguably the tastiest vegetable soup I have ever had. I have no doubt that you will fall in love with this soup and make it for everyone you love.
Ingredients for vegetable soup
Meat/snail/shaki/kpomo
Stock fish
Scotch bonnet pepper
Cayenne pepper
Water leaf
Ugu
Uziza leaves
Onions
Palm oil
Ground crayfish
Ogiri okpei
Seasoning powder
Salt to taste
Dry fish

The uziza will enhance the flavour, the water leaf will give the soup an amazing texture and consistency, the ugu will give this soup that lovely crunch and texture too.I am so inspired to try.Thanks for sharing with so much Love ❤️

Ify, please when you open your pot by lifting up the lid, don't put the lid inner face down on any surface......always put it down inner surface up like you did at first. E get why. Well done!

Ify your kitchen is so so clean and beautiful please I can I use scent leaf in place of uziza leaf because the scent of uziza is kinda too aromatic for me and makes me want to throw up

Scent leaves might be too overpowering. I don't think it will work. You just very little uziza to really, but scent leaf...not a good idea. My two scents.

Ah no...uziza is added because of the special flavour it gives. If you do not have uziza, you can just use 2 vegetables.

Nice one but your videos are too long.try and cut down the time especially those parts that are too lengthy..then for the leaves,i think uziza leaves are supposed to go in first bcos they are harder in texture than the other leaves so it gets to soften a bit before the lighter ones like water leaf and ugu are added
