I made this soup last month using your exact recipe cos it was my third time making it. I must confess that my hubby praised me that it was the best vegetable soup so far. Funny enough he came home with 5 friends to have dinner and the whole soup was gone immediately 😀😀😀 even one of his friends ask the name of the soup and how it's been prepared. I smiled away cos it my little secret 😜😜

Perewinkos n d last crayfish, was supposed to go in b4 d waterleaf, to give it taste, well, different styles tho. But I add mine b4 or afta d water leaf, secondly, immediately u add d ugwu leaf u turn off d heat, covering d pot after d water leaf was a mistake, that's y it looked too dark, both leaf shld still b very vibrant, but in all good job. My review is based on a chef's perspective n as someone from dat area. Good job ify.
